The Yoga Community Connection teaches children, teachers and community educators the life skills needed for nurturing successful learners. Our trainings and school programs integrate physical fitness, stress reduction and self-regulation skills where and when it is most needed . . .

Yoga Tools for Teachers workshops offer teachers graduate credit for training, and curriculum that takes only a few minutes each day.

Yoga Goes to School projects, funded primarily by grants, provide training, curriculum, teacher support, program evaluations, and pull-out yoga sessions with certified instructors.
